Paper Gypsum Board

Dachen plasterboard is composed of high purity gypsum core, additives and environment-friendly lining paper. According to the function of plasterboard, different colors of protective paper are applied, which are suitable for indoor ceiling, partition wall and wall. Product categories are: standard gypsum board, fire resistant gypsum board, water resistant gypsum board, glass fiber gypsum board, formaldehyde clean gypsum board, sound insulation gypsum board, high strength gypsum board and so on.

Standard gypsum board: By high purity gypsum core, additives and environmental protection paper composition. There are ivory face paper and gray back paper, suitable for indoor ceiling, partition and wall.

Fire-resistant  gypsum board: Board core is composed of gypsum, glass fiber and additives. The board is covered with red surface paper and gray back paper for easy identification. It is suitable for indoor ceiling, partition and wall with high fire protection requirements.。

Water - resistant paper gypsum board: Board core by gypsum and special waterproof additives. The surface of the board is covered with green surface paper and back paper, suitable for toilet, kitchen and other places with high humidity. 

Water absorption ≤10%         Surface water absorption ≤160g/m2

Formaldehyde purification gypsum board:  

Formaldehyde purification gypsum board with high purity gypsum as raw material, board core to add imported VOC decomposition agent, can continue to efficiently purify formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia and other harmful volatiles in the air, the formaldehyde purification effect is particularly prominent. The purification period of validity is 6-15 years, far beyond the life of formaldehyde. At the same time, the advanced foaming process has realized the fully filled microporous structure of the plate core, and the efficient "breathing" function has ensured the continuous purification of the indoor environment, which is not affected by external objects. The purification efficiency is better than the national standard.

Gypsum based flame retardant board: Gypsum based flame retardant plate adopt advanced gel technology, with high strength gypsum as main raw materials, and add Gao Qiangshi core plate made of fiber reinforced material, internal structure, with green environmental protection, high strength, the power that grasp a hammer, good stability in case of fire, sound insulation effect is remarkable, prevent deformation shock the advantages of its comprehensive performance is superior to the traditional wooden flame retardant plate.

Correct Handling

    Proper stacking

   ◎ Storage, gypsum board should be padded with 4 pieces of width of more than 100mm square wood, (spacing of about 500mm)

  The square wood ends are flush with the gypsum board ends to avoid damage to the material edges.

◎ Stacking height should not exceed 4 pieces. If different lengths are mixed and stacked, long sizes must be placed below.

   ◎ It is recommended not to pile up outdoors.
